1. What is included in the Valentine’s Day package?
The package includes:
- Two glasses of bubbles on arrival
- A choice of one main dish: Slow-cooked beef brisket or Cajun-lime grilled chicken breast platter, served with a fresh salad
- A decadent dessert selection curated by the chef
2. When is the event?
The event will take place on Wednesday, 14 February 2025.
3. What are the seating times?
There are two seating sessions available:
- 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
4. How much does the package cost?
$89.99
5. Can I walk in without a booking?
No, this event is booking-only, and walk-ins will not be accepted.
6. What is the booking deadline?
All bookings must be made by 5:00 PM, Wednesday, 12 February 2025.
7. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations are accepted if made at least 48 hours before the event. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made after this period.
8. Are drinks included in the package?
Two glasses of bubbles are included. Additional drinks will be available for purchase on-site.
9. What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrivals may result in reduced dining time as seating sessions are fixed. Refunds will not be provided for missed portions of the event.
10. What happens if the event is canceled or postponed?
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or other factors beyond our control, we will communicate rescheduling options.
